As an experienced yoga practitioner and teacher, my focus is on imparting the comprehensive teachings of yoga to establish an effective self-practice that brings sustainable change. I place special emphasis on foundational principles, building upon the traditional values of yoga philosophy.
With over a decade of daily practice and teaching experience in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga–including several teacher/adjustment trainings and building a Mysore program for three years–I have a grounded understanding of this method and its approach. This practice is a powerful tool for mental and physical health, self-reflection, and personal growth.
With this enduring commitment, and my understanding of the challenges life brings to a daily practice, I have put my focus on 1:1 mentoring. My personal experience in maintaining steadiness and sustainability forms the foundation from which I guide students toward a sovereign, embodied practice that fosters long-term independence.
