Personalized one-on-one yoga sessions to move beyond “just stretching” and into embodied practice. If you are willing to show up for yourself consistently, I’m here to guide you with care and precision drawn from over 10 years of teaching experience and uninterrupted self-practice. Rooted in the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga tradition we are tailoring a practice that works for you to build strength and equanimity suitable for your current constitution.

Building a practice requires discipline, not just desire for outcomes. From experience I know that practicing less than 3-4 per week makes it hard to feel or see any substantial change. Therefor, I require all students who would like to work with me to practice independently on their own between sessions. In the sessions you learn how to practice by yourself, which is the absolute foundation of actually having a yoga practice that can bring longterm benefit.
