Rooted in the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga tradition we tailor a practice that builds strength, clarity, flexibility, and somatic equanimity suited for your constitution.

From experience I know that practicing less than 3-4 times per week makes substantial change difficult to perceive. Therefore, I encourage students from day one to commit to independent practice between our sessions. Setting aside a daily practice time of 20-45min in the beginning is what brings the fastest noticeable benefits. In our time together, you learn how to practice on your own, which is the foundation of a yoga practice that yields sustainable results.
